Takeover of Waser Bookbinders by Werner Kuhn Sr. in 1906

The foundation of today’s K+D AG was laid with the merger of AG Laemlin + Co and Werner Kuhn Bookbinders

1964
Son Werner Kuhn takes over the company from his father

1967
Purchase and integration of Lithag in Herisau and hence entry into professional folding box production

1969
Purchase of first part (7,600m2) of current company land. CHF 1 million production turnover achieved for first time

Entry into offset printing technology

New build in the Schuppis industrial quarter comes on stream with 4,000m2 production hall and warehouse

Purchase and integration of Alldruck AG

Takeover and integration of Eidenbenz Druck AG in St.Gallen
